I've only played a Warrior since Icecrown so I know of nothing before Tier-9. What's a fun Warrior set to wear? I usually don't like helms. Too many of the Warrior sets just look like they take the term "tank" far too literally. I did like Warrior T11 [minus the helm]. The green one, not the Heroic red one. The matching boots look really cute on a Night Elf.

Also, wtf is with all the recent Arena sets looking way cooler than the PvE sets. Care Bears need love too! Sigh.

I can't really think of any tier sets that I thought were super-amazing though. I liked Warlock T8 quite a bit. I liked Druid T5 when I had that. Druids win points for having headbands/tiaras for helms half the time.

Oh, but whatever Syrannia ends up wearing I must be able to find a shield that matches too. =)

Someone talk about tier stuff.

I personally think the pre-BC warrior tier sets looked better IMO - http://www.wowwiki.com/Warrior_sets

I always thought the arena/pvp sets were better than pve. I am going to sport the Grand Marshall PVP set since it is shiny and yellow and looks go with my toon name. The hunter PVE tier sets are a little underwhelming, the closest thing I was partial to was the T6 as I like all the eyeballs looking around.

Tier 6 was some of my all time favorite tier designs for each class (well...maybe not mages but they're armor is usually ridiculous looking.)

Onslaught Armor looks pretty beastly: http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=673

This shield matches: http://www.wowhead.com/item=32375

Mm. I can't argue with the Deathwing cosplay.

In terms of old tier sets, I definitely like T5 the best. I've gathered all of it but the chest and the matching boots, which drop from Kaetl'thas and Solarian respectively. Anyone want to do some more TK? :D

Something that was pointed out to me is that the Tier 1 is the only one without a covered helm, which appeals to me as it, um, wouldn't mess up Syrannia's hair. I ran her through MC last week for the first time, but didn't get a single Warrior drop. Some things about raiding never change. :)

Late to the party, but check out http://www.wowheadnews.com/blog=194015/ ... -tier-sets , if you haven't - all associated info for Tier, etc.

Further down the page are some links to collated info on tier look-a-likes, weapons, and some nice stuff on cool lookin' green-quality gear which is a bit fun.

@Syrannia: T5, 6, 7.5 and Arena S8 imho! Happy to help in TK anytime.
