Wanted to get raid officer's take as a couple schools of thought here to fill Cad's spot.

1. Make Vlara a perm member and have Jud go Ret as our melee DPS ( this week I can get other shammy RHonian to cover Vlara's 2 week absence Rhonian is available every other week)

2. Recruit for a perm melee dps we have a DK app slightly under geared or maybe Nighmaris as a rogue, and leave healers as backup subs?

Other pending things a is Ziv's absence period and status on why Malizz was out this past week. I want to shore up the roster to hit up hard modes and rather not try to gear up new ppl.

Vlara's great and i think worthy of a perm spot if we have one available.

if the raid needs me to go ret, i can do that, though it's not my preference. ret wears out my fingers a bit more than holy, and i think i'm a stronger healer than dps.

we may want to try recruiting and see if we can find any worthy Cad replacements. if not, we can move Vlara to perm and me to ret. seems like we have at least 2 weeks to figure it out as Vlara is gone.

Problem solved at least in the next couple weeks, I forgot I mail dwarven to see if Blood would want to raid, and he finally replied back..so he will become our per melee dps spot. I have added him to the calendar where we can use him.
