Just doing some cleanup in raid Ninja. Do any of the following players need to be moved from sub to regular? Doing from memory with regards to attendance so there may be some on here that need to stay sub or moved to inactive.

Ashadion
Cogsie
Crowmags
Dwarven
Gandoraa
Kobori
Lalaman
Manalinya
Nuadort
Orimlin
Roselee
Ducky

If Roselee can make it work with his schedule, I think we should add him back to Reg status. Cogsie and Orimilin would be good candidates for consideration, good attendance and don't regularly stand in fire. Crowmags, Ash, Nuadort, I would say go for a solid 8 week stint before consideration, most are on their 3rd anyways. I've been poking constantly through Ash to get Lalaman to at least signup for some reason he is not, but if we can get him to come it would be a good fillout of DPS subs minus us switching Ash to DK DPS. Everyone else falls into either spotty attendance bucket or consistently stand in fire and very unprepared for encounter bucket.

I agree with making Roselee a regular if he can attend.

I think Cogsie and Orimlin need to do better damage before being promoted. I looked back a little at WoL reports, and various fill-in people like Layni, Crowmags, Kobori and Lalaman outperform them.

^ sent an in-game mail to Orimlin stressing the need for him to take a look at his deal while we're hurting for dps in heroic modes yadda yadda, his gear's kinda all over the place. Cogsie maybe needs a quiet word from the hunter master about the finer details ;)

I agree Cogsie, has improvements to make on getting his focus on certain fights, especially ones where the hunters have a side role and targets as he has trouble switching back to the main target maximizing his DPS even though we are gimped on those type of fights, when you look at the logs be mindful to drill down and see dmg done to targets on adds fights, some dps are not switching targets and boosting their DPS numbers which is just as bad. He's pulled over 10k+ on both Fester and Rotface fights so I know he can put out the dmg on a focus target fight.
